I refer to the Assault Public Officer (Prescribed Circumstances) panel.

(1) Is any consideration being made to abolish this panel?

(2) If yes to (1), why?

(3) If yes to (1), when will a decision be made?

(4) If yes (1), is a new process being developed to determine whether to proceed with a charge of assault against a public officer occasioning bodily harm?

(5) If yes to (4), would the Minister for Police please advise what process she expects to be put in place?
