Brigadoon Stage 3 Development (QON 1931)

1932. Hon Alison Xamon to the Minister for Child Protection representing the Minister for Planning
I refer to the Brigadoon Stage 3 development, and I ask -
(1) Was the original structure plan for Brigadoon Stage 3 developed in the 1980’s approved?
(2) If yes to (1), will you please table the approval?


Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY replied:
(1) The original structure plan for the 'Brigadoon Country Estate' was approved with Amendment No. 119 to the (then) Shire of Swan Town Planning Scheme No. 1 which was approved by the Minister for Planning on 10 April 1984.
(2) A thorough search of Western Australian Planning Committee records failed to locate a copy of the approved structure plan which was approved as part of Amendment 119 to the (then) Shire of Swan Town Planning Scheme No. 1.
