Department of Water — licence compliance checks

I refer to the answer to my question on notice No. 3886 regarding alternative methods of compliance monitoring on the Gnangara Mound, and I ask —
(1) How many annual reports have been checked and confirmed against licence details by the Department of Water each year from 2005 to 2010?
(2) How many on ground site inspections has the Department of Water conducted each year from 2005 to 2010?
(3) How many aerial photography compliance surveys have been conducted in each year from 2005 to 2010?

The Minister for Water provides the following response:
(1)–(3) Provision of this volume of information would require considerable research which would divert staff attention away from their normal duties and I am not prepared to allocate the State’s resources to provide a response.
