I refer to the answer to my question on notice No. 3887 regarding monitoring and enforcement of licence conditions on the Gnangara Mound in which the Minister referred to a ‘monitoring and enforcement compliance decision making matrix’, and ask —
(1) Will the Minister please table this decision making matrix?
(2) If no to (1), why not?

(1) No
(2) The decision making matrix is an internal operational process document.
