Mundlimup Coupe 03 - proposed logging
2196. Hon Alison Xamon to the Minister for Child Protection representing the Minister for Forestry
I refer to my question without notice of 31 March 2010, in regards to the proposed logging of Coupe three of Mundlimup forest at Serpentine-Jarrahdale, and the costs to be offset against the estimated revenue, and I ask —
What will be the exact gross and net costs of the following associated with the logging of Coupe three —
(a) harvest;
(b) haulage;
(c) delivery;
(d) coupe preparation in accordance with the Forest, and other, Management Plans;
(e) regeneration;
(f) remediation;
(g) siviculture treatment costs;
(h) supervision of the operations; and
(i) administration of the production costs?
Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY replied:
(a)-(c) Once harvest and delivery is complete, the precise cost for harvest and haulage/delivery can be provided.
(d)-(i) The various cost components listed are either not separated from each other or not separately costed by coupe (or both), so specific costs for Mundlimup will not be available.
