Ningaloo Marine Park - Oil Tanker

(1) Are oil tankers allowed within the Ningaloo Marine Park?
(2) If yes to (1), under which legislation?
(3) If no to (1), will the minister move to bring proceedings against the company and captain of any oil tanker that is found there?

(1)–(3) Similar to my response to the question asked by Hon Lynn MacLaren, I am not aware of the specific incident referred to. After question time, I will get information from my department, and if this is correct, I undertake to get back to the honourable member and to Hon Lynn MacLaren.
