Schools Plus - funding review

I refer to the review of School Plus funding that was expected to be complete in July 2010, and ask —
(1) Has this review been completed?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the outcome?
(3) If no to (1), when is it currently expected that the review will be complete?
Hon PETER COLLIER replied:
(1) Yes.
(2) The focus of the review was on the application process to reduce the workload for schools. The Schools Plus application process has been improved, simplified and converted to electronic form and there is now no need to submit detailed plans and lengthy applications.
(3) Not Applicable.
