I refer to the timber boardwalk at Forrestdale Lake, a RAMSAR Convention wetland of international significance. The boardwalk was built as a LEAP Project in the 1990’s, unfortunately burnt down in 2003, has been awaiting replacement ever since, and I ask the following -
