HON ALISON XAMON (East Metropolitan) [3.10 pm]: I rise to indicate that the Greens (WA) also support the Trustee Companies (Commonwealth Regulation) Amendment Bill 2010. We thank the Standing Committee on Uniform Legislation and Statutes Review for its very thorough report on this matter. I certainly look forward to hearing the government’s responses to the committee’s recommendations.
