JUVENILE OFFENDING — TARGET 120

3055. Hon Alison Xamon to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for Child Protection:

I refer to Target 120, and I ask:

(a)  how many children are currently engaged in the program;

(b)  how many of the children from (a) are Aboriginal;

(c)  how many children have participated in the program since implementation;

(d)  how many of the children from (c) are Aboriginal;

(e)  of the children from (c), how many have been sentenced to:

(i)  detention during or after participating in Target 120; and

(ii)  a community based order during or after participating in Target 120; and

(f)  of the children from (d), how many have been sentenced to:

(i)  detention during or after participating in Target 120; and

(ii)  a community based order during or after participating in Target 120?
