Alison is committed to ensuring all women receive equal pay for equal work and have equal opportunity to succeed in male-dominated industries. There is significant work to do in this area, with Western Australian women continuing to experience the largest pay gap in Australia.
Addressing the gender pay gap is a priority for Alison and she will continue to promote measures which will assist in addressing the gender pay gap. (See also Women)
