I refer to the briefing paper ‘Western Australia Police Force assessment of crime trends based on prejudice towards the diverse sexuality and gender community,’ and I ask:
(a) has Western Australia Police Force now completed a needs and impact assessment;
(b) if no to (a), why not;
(c) if yes to (a), would the Minister please table a copy; and
(d) if no to (c), why not?

The Western Australian Police advise:
(a)–(b) As there are a range of current plans and policies already in place to ensure our service delivery remains respectful to all members of the community and our legislative obligations, a needs and impact assessment is not planned.
(c)–(d) Not applicable.
