(a)  how many GROH maintenance requests are currently outstanding;

(b)  what is the average length of time to action a maintenance request;

(c)  what is the average length of time to finalise a maintenance request; and

I refer to the statutory review of the Children and Community Services Act 2004, tabled on 28 November 2017, and I ask:

(a)  which recommendations are supported by the Government;

(b)  which recommendations are not supported;

(c)  does the Minister intend to introduce amendments to strengthen the Act or improve its operation as recommended by the review;
