(a) condemns assaults on police officers and other public officers in the strongest terms;
(b) expresses deep concern at the increasing number of assaults on police officers in Western Australia;

I refer to the government’s announcement on 12 July 2017 of the development of a modernised work health and safety act for Western Australia to be based on the national model Work Health and Safety Bill.
(1) Will the minister please advise when the bill will be introduced?
(2) If not, why not?
