This question is asked on behalf of Hon Robin Chapple, who is out of the chamber on urgent parliamentary business.

I refer to answers (3)–(5) to question without notice 220 asked in the Legislative Council on 17 March 2020 regarding the Port Hedland buyback scheme that was triggered by uninhabitable dust pollution.

ABORIGINAL HERITAGE — THREE SISTERS HILLS

359. Hon ALISON XAMON to the minister representing the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:

My question is on behalf of Hon Robin Chapple, who is out of the Parliament on urgent parliamentary business.

I refer to the three peaks named the Sisters at 22° 29’ 8.19” S 121° 56’ 36.31” E, and the land in their immediate vicinity, in relation to their value as Aboriginal cultural heritage sites.
