3024. Hon Alison Xamon to the minister representing the Minister for Housing:
Will the Minister please advise for public housing properties in 2019–20, the:
(a) number of tenancies ended where the property was vacated after a Termination Notice was issued;
(b) number of tenancies ended where the property was vacated after a Court Order;
(c) number of Bailiff Evictions; and
(d) total number of tenancies ended (total vacates) after legal action was taken by the Department?
Hon Stephen Dawson replied:
(a) 170
(b) 206
(c) 94
(d) The total number of tenancies ended after legal action was taken by the Department, which includes after a Termination Notice was issued; a Court Order; and a Bailiff Eviction is 470.
