I refer to the answer to my question without notice 590 regarding the planned clearing of 50 per cent of the bush for the redevelopment of the Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital site.
(1) Has LandCorp applied for the relevant clearing permits?
(2) If yes to (1), when were these applications made?
(3) If no to (1), when does the minister anticipate that this application will be made?
(4) Will the minister commit to undertaking as many other development activities as feasible on the site prior to commencing clearing?

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1) No.
(2) Not applicable.
(3) It was in September 2017.
(4) Undertaking as many works simultaneously is the most effective delivery mechanism and best practice.
