I refer to the minister’s answer to my question on notice 1972 on the review of the Young Offenders Act 1994.

(1)  Has a review now been undertaken?

(2)  If no to (1), why not?

(3)  If yes to (1), will the minister please table a copy?

(4)  If no to (3), why not?

(2)  A commencement date and terms of reference have not yet been determined.
