I refer to the Bunbury Regional Prison upgrade.
(1) Does the upgrade include improved access to digital technology for people in custody through —
(a) in-cell technology capability;
(b) unit-level computer cluster capability; or
(c) other new technology capabilities?
(2) If yes to (1)(c), what are the new technologies?
(3) If yes to (1)(a)–(c), can the minister please advise how many prisoners in the new 160-bed unit will have access to digital technology?
(4) Does the upgrade include improved access to digital technology for other prisoners in the prison?
(5) If yes to (4), how many?

(1)–(5) The design process for Bunbury Regional Prison is not yet finalised and enhanced access for prisoners to digital technology is being considered as part of the overall plan.
